What ho, what ho! Gather ’round, you curious creatures, and feast your peepers on this:
- BitMine, those crafty crypto-wizards, have gone and gobbled up 101,627 ETH last week-their biggest feast since December! Their treasure trove now sparkles with nearly 5 million tokens. Jolly good show!
- While other crypto-chaps are quivering like jelly in this so-called “mini-winter,” BitMine marches on, scooping up ether like a squirrel hoarding acorns. Bravo, you brave souls!
- Their coffers are bursting with $12.9 billion in goodies, and they’ve staked a whopping 3.33 million ETH. That’s enough to make even the Great Glass Elevator blush with envy!
BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), the grand poobah of Ethereum treasure hunts, has cranked up its buying spree. Chairman Tom Lee, with a twinkle in his eye, declares the crypto “mini-winter” is on its last legs. Huzzah!
On Monday, they announced a haul of 101,627 ether-their largest since Dec. 15. That’s a cool $230 million, mind you, enough to make even the BFG’s pockets jangle. Their stash now sits at a staggering 4.97 million ETH.
While other digital treasure hunters-save for Michael Saylor’s bitcoin-obsessed Strategy (MSTR)-are sitting on their hands, BitMine is out there, sword in hand, slaying the ether dragon. What plucky chaps!
Their total loot? A jaw-dropping $12.9 billion. Besides their ETH mountain, they’ve got 199 bitcoin, $1.12 billion in cash, and stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings. Talk about a golden goose!
Lee, ever the optimist, says the crypto chill is thawing. ETH’s rebound and market shenanigans have him grinning like the Cheshire Cat. “BitMine’s been gobbling ETH like it’s going out of fashion,” he chortles, “and we reckon this ‘mini-crypto winter’ is nearly done.”
Ether, he adds, has bounced back like a rubber ball since February’s doldrums, outshining equities since the Iran kerfuffle on Feb. 28. Tokenization and AI-related uses are giving it a proper boost, he says.
And let’s not forget their staking shenanigans! BitMine’s staked over 3.3 million ETH-two-thirds of their hoard-raking in a tidy $221 million a year. Not bad for a bunch of crypto-crazed adventurers!
